2.1. Your personal data will be processed by DataSqueezer s.r.o., a company registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 92429 on the 20th. 3.1. Our website does not store any personal data about visitors, except for the data that visitors have actively provided themselves (e.g. when submitting an inquiry via the web form, we store the email address provided by the customer so that we can respond to them).
Beyond the personal data that visitors actively provide, we only record the user's cookie, the visited URL address, and the IP address.
However, we do not associate this data with the visitor's personal information, even if they provide it to us themselves.
3.2. By submitting a form, email, phone call, or otherwise contacting our company, you are providing selected personal data for further processing.
We process this data you provided based on the legitimate interest of "Business Opportunity Development," particularly in the scope of:
a) The option to contact you with a response to your inquiries
b) Options for sending a commercial communication or business offer
c) Measuring and improving the performance of our website
You have the right to object to this processing.
4. Recipients of Personal Data
4.1. The personal data "email address" may be shared with companies providing email services (e.g. gmail, mailchimp).
4.2. The personal data "phone" may be shared with companies operating SMS distribution services (mobile operators, SMS gateways) when responding to your inquiry.
4.3. Our website uses retargeting technologies from external advertising systems (particularly sKlik, AdWords, Facebook). It allows us to show our ads in third-party advertising and content networks to visitors who have already shown interest in our products and website.
The data required for displaying ads (cookie, URL address, IP address, browser) are not linked to personal data in any way (for example, there is no occurrence of such linking). to the exchange of phone numbers or emails)
5. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad
5.1. Email addresses and phone contacts may be transferred abroad (including outside the EU) to companies like Google (for sending emails via Gmail, for ad targeting) and Mailchimp (for sending emails)
6. Duration of personal data storage
6.1. We retain your data for as long as required by law (e.g. in the event of a contract conclusion and issuance of a tax document for the period during which it is necessary to keep tax documents in accounting)
6.2. In other cases, we retain personal data for a period of 5 years.
7. Data Subject Rights
7.1. Your data is processed transparently, correctly, and in accordance with the law. You have the right to access your data, to an explanation, as well as other rights if you believe that the processing is not in order. You can also file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or take the matter to court.
7.2. If you have provided us with personal data and no longer agree with their processing by our company, you can request their deletion at info@data-squeezer.cz
8. Reason for providing data
8.1. The reasons for providing data and processing these data on your part are:
a) Legitimate interest - Development of business opportunities, improvement of own services, and the assumption of contract conclusion.
9. Automated Decision-Making
9.1. As specified in point 4, our website uses retargeting technologies. This technology uses automated decision-making to target ads to visitors of our website. However, this automated processing does not work with personal data.
All advertisements targeted at visitors to our website are displayed only when it is not possible to identify the specific person to whom the advertisement is shown – this is achieved by displaying the advertisement only to groups of 30 or more people. These groups are large enough to be able to trace a specific person within them.
Ads displayed based on visiting our website are personalized based on the visitor's behavior on the site, which cannot identify a specific person, not based on their personal data!
a) Example of anonymous targeting: we display an advertisement with a phone number only to those visitors of our website who have visited our site but have not visited the contact page. If there are at least 30 such visitors, our advertisement will start to be displayed to them.
b) Opting out of behavioral targeting – it is possible to opt out of targeted advertising in a specific advertising system – usually by opting out using an icon that appears directly on the advertisement
